The gram of adhesive will affect the Initial Tack , Holding tack,which is the key factor of qualified sticker.

The release liner looks more glossy, smooth and even with higher PE coating.
The sticker sheet will curl upwards or curl downwards when the moisture in release liner does not match the local humidity.

Stiffness is better with 100% wood pulp face paper and release paper, and different PE coating level will also affect stiffness.
